山東裝載機活塞桿彎曲的改進措施

1.加大支承寬度，一般支承寬度為活塞桿直徑的1.2～1.5倍。

2.在裝配過程中，充分利用調(diào)整墊保證動臂缸兩端與機架和動臂的配合間隙與對中性，提高調(diào)整墊材料耐磨性能。

3.改進排料結(jié)構(gòu)；增大排料板的開口距離H1和傾斜角度α，減少落料的積存，利于落料順利自然排出；增大動臂缸下端與主機連接處排料的距離H2，以利于大尺寸石料的排出。
