濟南裝載機液壓油質(zhì)量直接影響著裝載機的正常工作，在選擇液壓油的時候一定要注意液壓油的質(zhì)量，液壓油粘度過低會使零部件摩擦嚴重，粘度過高會導(dǎo)致啟動困難及油泵吸油不良，以確保機械的正常運行。那么應(yīng)該如何判斷液壓油的粘度呢？

1、玻璃板傾斜法：取一塊干凈的玻璃板，將其水平放置，并將被測液壓油滴一滴在玻璃上，同時在旁邊再滴一滴標準液壓油，然后將玻璃板傾斜，并注意觀察：如果被測油液的流速和流動距離均比標準油液大，則說明其粘度比標準油液低，反之，則說明其粘度比標準油液高。

2、玻璃瓶倒置法：將被測的液壓油液與標準油液分別盛在兩個大小和長度相同的透明玻璃瓶中，再用塞子將兩瓶口堵上。將兩瓶并排放置在一起，然后同時迅速將兩瓶倒置。如果被測液壓油在瓶中的氣泡比標準油液在瓶中的氣泡上升得快，則說明油液的粘度比標準油液粘度低，反之，則說明油液粘度比標準油液粘度高；若兩種油液氣泡上升的速度接近，則說明粘度也相似。
