1、分離杠桿位置的調整
在安裝裝載機離合器時必須首先保證分離杠桿的內端面到飛輪外端面的距離為(89±1)mm，同時要保證三個分離杠桿的內端面在同一垂直于軸線的平面內，互差不大于0.2mm，調整時，先松開鎖緊螺母，旋轉調整螺釘，使三個分離杠桿高度一致，調整完用螺母擰緊阿特拉斯空壓機配件。

2、離合器踏板自由行程的調整
 裝載機分離杠桿與分離軸承工作端面的間隙應為2mm，此間隙稱為分離間隙，它相應于踏板自由行程30mm，如不符合時，可松開拉桿上的兩個鎖緊螺母，然后轉動拉桿，以改變拉桿的長度，使之滿足分離間隙的要求，調好后將鎖緊螺母擰緊。
