在裝載機(jī)工作中，現(xiàn)場環(huán)境往往比較惡劣，機(jī)械設(shè)備的品種多且型號雜，機(jī)械設(shè)備一旦損壞，往往會由于缺少個別零部件而影響機(jī)械的使用和施工工期，因此在裝載機(jī)施工過程中出現(xiàn)應(yīng)急問題必須學(xué)會靈活處理才能保證高效率的工作。
1、零部件出現(xiàn)問題。這時應(yīng)檢查零部件是否安裝失誤；再就是檢查零部件操作是否不正確，特別是新駕駛員不熟悉機(jī)器性能很容易出現(xiàn)差錯；最后檢查零部件質(zhì)量是否有問題，有些零部件不是原裝的很容易因為與機(jī)器不融合而出現(xiàn)問題。
